so you can really tell when i have an important essay or test or a huge mass of them coming when i start updating the site... right now i'm trying to write an essay for critical thinking (worst course ever - when i'm there i;m just wishing i was in stats already) and i realize that i can only work well when it's the last minute and i absolutely need to get the essay done! damn procrastination.
well, what else? i finished christmas shopping already! how cool am i?
and i'm so broke that i stole a huge stack of napkins from tim's (again) because we were out and didn't want to buy more when i could get some for free
and i can't really update the site with pictures (no digital camera or scanner) so i'll find something to update to make it look like i'm doing something - so you gotta go through the whole site to figure out what i updated - it's like a game! exciting! (and yes, i realize you're the only one reading this deanne)

Hey Guys! I realize that I may be the only person who comes here anymore, but I felt the urge to do a little bit of updating. (Really, I'm just majorly avoiding my sociology essay, because it scares me). I'm listening to Clay's new CD right now, and I just had to mention that it is absolutly amazing...so go buy it. Anyways, I uploaded some pics and stuck them on the picture page, just so that it would look like I put in some effort.
I loved seeing everyone at commencement...I love Queen's, but I miss you guys so much sometimes.

Look who finally arrived to post something on her own page!! Go Deanne!
So I'm at Queen's now and I love it here. The campus is soooo pretty and easy to get to things. I've met some really cool people (sadly, all girls because I live in the nunnery), but I'm not the social outcast I thought I would be because I don't drink. Classes are okay, but I'm behind in work already. I wish I could have come to see you guys in Waterloo this weekend, but sadly, I had to be here. We had fun anyways, with random movie nights, football games, and going out in the city of Kingston. Note to anyone who thought they might like to see The Fighting Temptations: DON'T. Worst movie I've seen in a long time. But all will be remedied next week when we go see Pirates of the Caribbean (yes, I plan to see it again). What a fabulous movie!!!! Anyways, I really must do some reading, because I somehow managed to get sidetracked watching SURVIVOR! Talk to everyone soon!

September 18th 2003! (well, technically the 19th)
I have just had the best day ever! guess who was at the edge today? and guess who was doing an interview there? and who hugged me and signed some autographs? (thankfully, i had some control and didn't jump him!) gotta love sam roberts! i swear, i'm gonna start a new page - the sam roberts page! oh man! he;s the sweetest cutest scruffiest guy in the world... not to mention he's the fuckin man!! and that concert can only be described as orgasmic! best ever! (and i'm not jsut saying that cuz i say that after every concert i go to - i just keep goin to better and better ones!) and when thanya can get her digital pics on the computer/internet i'll be posting them on the site so i can look at them over and over and over!
anyway, the point is buy the cd and go to his concert cuz you will be impressed! and i love him and i hugged him and i made him laugh and i gotta couple autographs and i'm still crazy hyper because today was fanfuckintastic!!!!!!!

wow, i'm posting 2 days in a row... my god, i have no life!
i'm just trying to pass the time til i can go buy my canadian idol tickets! best $5 i'll ever spend!
ooh! and since his sept.19 show is sold out, sam roberts will be having a second show on the 18th and i am gonna buy tickets right when they go on sale! i'm too lazy to convince someone to go with me right now, but i can probably force someone later, so i'm just gonna hope for the best!
oh, and i was reading harry potter 5 again last night and i do love it so much - it's definately the best one.
well, that's about it for now!

SOOO tired... and i've lost my voice again - i'm hoping i don't have to talk for a long time, i can fake it for the greeting and then a tiny bit, but not for real conversations...
oh well! here's my summary of the weekend:
joelle: "gollum is so cute!" and "i think mike cvet is hot!"
lots of wonderland fun including everyone having an inappropriate display at splashworks and nix and deanne going on so many rides... they're so grown up!
and of course the highlight of the day... the nap!

once again, i'm bored at work, so i'm updating!
i had a lot of family over this weekend for my grandpa's 80th birthday, so my house has been crowded and crazy! and i spent most of my weekend with a bunch of kids half my age and younger, which was fun but tiring (they have crazy amounts of energy!) but now i'm losing my voice and i'm pretty sure i know why! and working reception when your voice is leaving is fairly... interesting. good times...
what else? i wanna see pirates of the caribbean so much! everyone i've talked to tells me how great it is, not just people that are in love with orlando bloom, so it's gotta be great!
well i think i've rambled enough, so that's all for today!

so it's been like 6 months since we last updated/looked at this site? whatever, it's still fantastic! *cough*
seeing as i have pretty much nothing to do at work cuz right now (and most of the time when i'm doing front desk/reception) i've decided to revive the site! woo! how great am i?
i'll be updating the harry potter page, about us page, hot guy page, and the photo album (for now)... but i've got the whole summer working here to update the site so i can forget all about it at western again!

Well, it's been a while and if anyone still comes here i have harry potter news!
It'll be out on June 21st and will be 768 pages long! go to the harry potter part of the site for all the details we know!

I got a house for next year! so excited! it is gorgeous and i get the biggest room! woo!

Well, this is the extent of updating I plan to do today. I do have pics that I'm supposed to upload but I have crazy amounts of homework and skating all the time and I just haven't gotten around to it yet. So here's my acknoledgement that the pics are on their way. And I will update the Survivor section too. I know that I've missed a bunch of episides.
On a side note, my Dad was driving "my van" and he got rear-ended by a big truck and the back of the van is smashed. For once it's not me who does damage to cars! (Although I still have to drive the smashed up one...darn!)

I got rid of that super-embarrassing picture of me flashing in chem (i can't find that sweatshirt, by the way, so if any of you find an extra beige club monaco sweatshirt...) and the princess deenz picture too b/c she said that was the only way i could get rid of mine!
and EVENTUALLY, deanne will update the pictures, but i doub't that'll ever happen! =) j/k deanna!

HI! I got stung by a bee for the first time yesterday! and boy did it hurt! but i'm not as scared of bees as i was before because now i know i'm not deathly allergic or anything! and it wasn't unbearably painful either... even though i got stung in the stomach! yup, it could only happen to me. *weep*
anyway, i just felt like updating and i did find people who would go see harry potter with me, so i won't die! woo!

Happy birthday gordon! (even though he can't read this because he doesn't have the internet...)
So, i watched "Becoming" today (yes, i watch that... but only because i'm always watching muchmusic) and today was becoming incubus. well, since i'm just a wee bit obcessed with incubus i could point out a million flaws and when that guy pretending to be brandon boyd was like "it's scary how much we look like incubus" i almost yelled at him! see, the problem is that brandon rarely wears a shirt (if he does, it's usually open) and the guy playing him was a bit too chubby to be brandon. no offence to him, i mean, i'm probably chubbier than him, but brandon boyd is so skinny! honestly, christa's brother would've made a better brandon look-a-like because he's stick thin!

Well we can't have Rachna updating more than me!! Since I don't have time to actually update our site, I'll just update you on my life.
I'm so tired right now. I've been skating for two and a half hours straight everyday and then going to off-ice for 45 minutes, then rushing madly home to go to Terrific Tots (my head hurts from chasing toddlers all day) and then today I rushed from work to other work teaching skating on the opposite side of the city and then back to city hall for a meeting (which i missed because even though i spent an hour and a half looking for the meeting I never found it). Grr!
The killer rash from grade 10 returned. That was creepy.
And don't worry Rach, I promise to hold your hand during a certain scene in Harry Potter. I so agree about that veritaserum thing, except then we'd lose a bunch of storylines and the Dumbledore secret keeper thing is very intriguing!

on a completely different topic, i've been thinking that i NEED to see the 2nd harry potter movie with you guys! i will need moral support! i read the 2nd book AGAIN recently and it's really scary (you know what part i'm talking about) ack! i hope it opens when i visit here!

for anyone else that reads harry potter: since they have potions that force people to tell the truth (veritaserum), why don't they just use that in the legal system so that innocent people never go to azkaban and so that when someone goes there, they are actually guilty? sorry... i read waaaaaay too much harry potter!

Well, Mike's long standing request to be added to the no place in society list has been granted. Go check it out. I called him the blister of society the other day and the only insult he could come up with was that I was the "broken leg of society". How sad is that? If you're going to have a ready insult waiting to tell me everytime I talk to you, then at least make it a good one!! Honestly!

So I felt bad that nothing had been updated in awhile, so now there are some minor updates on a couple of pages. I added pics of Hayden Christensen and James Franco to the Hot Guy page and talked a bit about the Harry Potter DVD on the Harry Potter page, but really, there isn't that much else to report and I have to go practice my flute....
