Subject: Mike's a liar (and smelly)(Cvet)
This is regarding Mike (cvet, ie smelly mike) and his evil evil plot to break Thanya's mind!!! Apparently MIke was mistaken into thinking that THanya ate 10 cinnamon hearts on the bus this afternoon (April 8, 2000), thus breaking her 30 hour famine vows of not eating. If you received a message CLAIMING that Thanya is a cheater, then here is the truth. Thanya is NOT A CHEATER!! What happened is that she was talking about sugar cubes (yeah!) and got distracted......then she was offered a cinnamon heart. Thanya's not the brightest...so she happened to take the cinnamon heart and put it in her mouth. Yes, Michael, she did put the heart in her mouth, that much is true. But, she did not, I repeat, DID NOT, eat it. Once she realized her mistake, she spit it out the window. (it's not littering; it's bio-degradable.)
Thank you for your time. It means the world to us. And Mike, we'll be suing you for libel and slander sometime soon. Have a nice day.

Issue of Continuence
To the Honourable Judge Varnee Murugan,
In regards to the trial to be held the afternoon of April 11, 2000, on the Erin-Mills-Area-bus ride home, to sue Mr. M. Cvet for libel, this letter is to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the absense of the victim - Thanya Duvage.
Her reasons for not attending the trial are as follows:
1. Fear for her physical well-being in the prescence of the accused (his stench is harmful to her health)
2. Severe physical and emotional trauma caused by Mr. Cvet's extensive misconstrument of the truth. (Ha!)
3. A prior engagement (Drama Club) which cannot be missed (and Miss Duvage, being a good, conscientious, RELIABLE student who doesn't break promises or cheat, will be going.) |

And the verdict? Mike Cvet was convicted of libel and slander by the honourable judge Varnee Murugan. Rachna and Deanne win again! =) Pending Cases! Our newest case was just brought to our attention yesterday, the 28 of November. Thanya Duvage has procurred our services for the purpose of suing the worthless, scum-of-the-earth Grade 8's who NEARLY BROKE HER HAND!!! Further information will follow as we sue the for a reckless disregarard for human safety and reckless endangerment. Stay tuned... | |
